Elvis the Elf has returned to Moonbeam Class and causing all sorts of mischief whilst making sure we are trying our best in class and get ready for Christmas.

Also this week in Moonbeam Class:

  • We have begun rehearsals for our Nativity.
  • The children have enjoyed the new Christmas themed areas in our classroom including Santa’s workshop, writing letters and the elf village.
  • In Mathematics we have had estimation stations to learn about estimation.
  • We designed Christmas decorations in D.T.
  • We have learnt about the four countries in the U.K including their flags and capital cities.
  • In Phonics we have learnt new ways of making the ‘oo’ sound – ue and u-e.
